6.18.23- Kennedy Scott

Kennedy Scott is a Country & Americana singer/songwriter in Nashville, Tennessee. Kennedy learned to sing and play guitar from her grandfather who taught her artists such as Emmylou Harris, Allison Krauss, and Linda Ronstadt. Growing up with a classic background, Kennedy developed her own sound over the years she likes to call, “Folkabilly.”

After moving from North Carolina to Tennessee in 2015, Kennedy quickly made her way on stages as the opening act for Billy Ray Cyrus, Kidd Rock, Montgomery Gentry, Lee Roy Parnell, Ben Haggard and many more. She was last seen with her duo “Carolina Pine” touring with country music Legend, ALAN JACKSON.

Kennedy has been writing for her first solo project since January 2022, and will be releasing it under producer and singer/songwriter, Mo Pitney, later this year.
